How This Service will help you:
Who is the service for?
Most modern businesses would be put off committing to a property if it did not have access to good connectivity. Having access to this type of internet connectivity can attract business to locations they may have otherwise overlooked.
To provide a few examples we can assist independent businesses, developers, local authorities, business park and trading estate operators, land owners, multi dwelling unit sites, and rural communities.

frequently asked questions
Yes sure. Fit for purpose connectivity is considered to be the fourth utility. Commercial properties need to offer gigabit capable broadband to ensure their owners, tenants and customers can operate effectively. We can help, please contact us.
Uncontended also known as 1:1 connectivity gives you exclusive use of the bandwidth all of the time, which is essentially what a leased line provides.
We can deliver GPON fibre services as 1:1 un contended or 8:1 or 32:1 contended variants.
In some scenarios businesses or business parks may want access to high bandwidth, but may not require it all of the bandwidth of the time.
On the shared bandwidth options customers get lower cost connectivity, but still have the ability to share higher speeds.
Due to the way this type of network is delivered we can change your the speed of your service, or switch it from contended to un contended relatively quickly and easily without needing to send out an engineer or replace the fibre.
We can put packages together to suit most situations so that you get the connectivity you need at a fair price.
The connection charges vary depending on a number of reasons, but as a guide normally from £0 to £2500. If a customer is “on net” ie within our fibre footprint and taking a two or three year contract we can often connect for free. We can sometimes provide assistance with connection fees including government grants. Please contact us we are happy to discuss.
This all depends on what needs doing, connecting one premises and connecting an entire business park can vary quite a lot. Typical lead times can be from around 20 days where customers are on net. We can arrange a call with our planners to give an estimate based on your location.
We deliver futureproof connectivity to public sector organisations including healthcare, education and local authorities, to enable them to take advantage of the very latest digital technologies. We also form strategic partnerships with local authorities to commercialise their infrastructure assets to build gigabit capable full fibre and hybrid network solutions.
We can use wireless point to point services in the same way as fixed fibre as a cost-effective way to connect sites close to each other. Wireless leased lines are also a very efficient way to connect premises that are located in challenging terrains and geographies including hills, water and solid rock, or where it is simply appropriate to avoid civils digs.
As businesses are increasingly reliant on connectivity to operate and collaborate with their customers and partners, we are building more resilience into connectivity solutions by providing a second, diverse network, as both are unlikely to fail at the same time.
