A huge thank you to the BT Indirect Partner team for the honour, and to rugby legends Matt Dawson and Paul Grayson for presenting the award.

The keynote was very inspiring, all about resilience, confidence, teamwork, and overcoming setbacks. Listening to that, I couldn’t help but reflect on how closely those lessons mirror the challenges many businesses face today.
