Your BT Account Portal
Registering for a BT online account is easy. Once you create your username and password you can then add various accounts, get detailed breakdowns of charges, download copies of your bills and much more with billing analytics features.. The button below will take you straight to the BT portal.

Register / Sign In
If you are a new customer or do not already have a BT Business account, you will need to register here. It’s easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
Once you receive your account number (which can be found on the top of your bills) you can add them in to your online account. The BT portal will give you access to online billing, allow you to make payments, raise faults, and track your orders.
If you already have a BT Business account you can simply sign in here.
Viewing your Charges
Online billing is by far the best way to access your billing accounts. Once inside, the billing information should be relatively straight forward. You will see four tabs for: Summary, Service Category, Product & Usage.
Where figures are underlined, you can click on them to see further information on what that charge comprises of. Similarly, where you see the arrow symbol > this means you can expand on the information available.
The advanced billing analytics functionality help you keep and eye on your costs and analyse them in detail.
Choose Billing & Payments in the top right hand corner, and then Bill Analytics from the bottom left. This allows you to really drill down into your bills, usage, and lets you run reports. See more in the video’s opposite.
If you need A VAT Invoice
- Sign into My account
- From Overview click on the View bill button for the bill you want the VAT invoice for
- From the top right-hand corner select VAT summary
- You’ll now see an online version of your VAT summary – to get a copy of the VAT invoice (for tax and HMRC purposes), look at the Important Information box and click on the download in PDF link at the bottom of the box
- Click the PDF radio button on the pop-up that appears
- Click Download
- Click Open
If you get Bills through the post
If you still get paper bills from BT and you need a copy of a bill or a VAT invoice, you’ll need to contact BT Business.
Please note that there’s a charge for a copy bill or VAT invoice.

BT Business has recently launched a Whatsapp service which has proven to be very useful to ask questions or raise faults.
It is a combination of a chat bot and live agent helping you get support from the right department.
Getting a live agent may not be immediate, but it can get you to the right department without needing to stay on the phone which can be very useful.

You will need your telephone number or associated service ID or billing account number which you can find on your bill.
This service is available to BT Business customers Monday – Friday during normal office hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 and on Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
Calls cost 5p per min service charge plus your network provider access charge.
