With everything going on at the moment we thought it could be good to hold some free E Workshops to help UK businesses who are still facing challenges especially around business telephony and home/remote working.
I personally have been frustrated lately, having just moved home. Many of the utility companies I was trying to reach had no one taking calls, and were only offering live chat or email communications. Clearly home working has been sprung on many organisations who simply were not geared up to do so.
